FOB/EXW terms:

Please inform us the shipper’s contact information and we will take care of the shipment with our local agent. For customs clearance please provide us commercial invoice, packing list and possible certificates of origin.
In case shipment will be released against original Bill of Lading, please send Bill of Lading to us by mail.
CIF/CPT/DAP terms:
We will send you pre-advice once estimated time of arrival is known. Arrival notice will be sent when date of arrival has been confirmed. You can count 3-4 days from date of arrival until shipment will be delivered to final destination.
In case shipment will be released against original Bill of Lading, please send Bill of Lading to us by mail.
For customs clearance please provide us commercial invoice, packing list and possible certificates of origin. In addition, please inform us if customs clearance is made on behalf of company or private person. Also please provide specified cargo description.

Local agent will issue AWB, which travels with shipment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXPORT:
We can handle your export shipment as LCL, FCL, truck transport, air shipment or courier shipment, from door to door if needed. Please contact us in order to find out the best option. For export declaration we need commercial invoice and packing list.
